• Financial Information: Salary certificates, bank statements (up to 6 months), employment letters
• Property Details: Title deed, sale/purchase agreement, property valuations

• Credit Information: Credit bureau reports obtained with your consent

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Process and submit your mortgage application to partner banks
• Verify your identity and financial eligibility
• Communicate with you about your application status
• Comply with UAE regulatory requirements (Central Bank, RERA)
• Improve our services through anonymized analytics

4. Information Sharing

We share your information with:

• Partner Banks: To process your mortgage application (with your explicit authorization)
• Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB): To obtain your credit report (with your explicit consent)

5. Data Security
