1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TitleDeep platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TitleDeep.

2. Description of Service

TitleDeep is a licensed mortgage brokerage platform operating in the United Arab Emirates. We facilitate mortgage applications by:

• Collecting and organizing your financial documentation
• Matching your profile with suitable lending products
• Submitting applications to partner financial institutions on your behalf
• Providing application status updates and communication

We do not provide financial advice, guarantee approval, or make lending decisions.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts in the UAE
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Your Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Submit authentic documents (forged documents will result in immediate termination and legal action)
• Keep your access credentials confidential
• Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations

5. Authorization and Consent

By submitting an application through our platform, you authorize TitleDeep to:

• Obtain your credit report from Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB)
• Share your application and documents with partner banks you select
• Communicate with financial institutions on your behalf
• Store and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Fees and Commissions

TitleDeep does not charge borrowers directly for using the platform. Our fees are paid by partner financial institutions as commissions upon successful mortgage disbursement. These commissions do not affect your interest rate or loan terms.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

Using our Service does not guarantee mortgage approval. All lending decisions are made solely by partner financial institutions based on their own criteria. We do not influence or control approval decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology comprising the TitleDeep platform are owned by TitleDeep or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TitleDeep shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made by partner financial institutions
• Delays in application processing beyond our control
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Termination

You may withdraw your application at any time before submission to a bank. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
